REGION GUIDE
Golf in Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire
South west of London lies the greatest concentration of heathland golf in the world. Heather, pine and silver birch frame fairways laid out more than a century ago by legendary architects including Harry Colt, Willie Park Jr. and Herbert Fowler.
Better still, most of these courses are within 30 to 45 minutes of Heathrow, so you can land in the morning and be on the first tee by lunchtime.
