Established in 1911 in what were once the grounds of Betchworth Castle, Betchworth Park is a Harry Colt design in the heart of Surrey, which is about as good a guarantee of a fine course as any golfer could want.
Spectacular views of Box Hill and across the Mole Valley add to the enjoyment of a 6,314-yard, par-69 layout that is full of character. Betchworth Park features on our Colt’s Surrey Gems tour, which brings together four of the master architect’s lesser-known courses.
Course: 18-hole parkland. Address: Reigate Road, Brockham, Dorking RH4 1NZ
