Tucked away near the Suffolk coast, Woodbridge is a true heathland course and may prove one of the biggest surprises of your golf trip. It rarely gets the attention of better-known names, but it is an excellent test of golf among heather, gorse and pine.
The main Heath course measures 6,469 yards to a par of 70, and there is also the nine-hole Forest course for a shorter round. Woodbridge features on our Suffolk Coastal Golf tour and pairs perfectly with Aldeburgh, just up the coast.
